Positive Reviews for DELTA AND BUDGET

I have read many many negative reviews on Delta and Budget....we flew Delta to Arizona on Saturday. Flights were on-time leaving IND and SLC to PHX. The flight attendants were nice and even though flights were full it was a pleasant time.

We rented off-site at Budget in PHX. I picked up an Impala. Drove a little a remembered I don't like Impalas---the way the gas pedal isn't comfortable and seem stiff. I called the airport location and they said no prob to exchange. Went and had a wonderful guy who gave me a Mitsubishi Gallant. U really can't tell much until u drive a car---so I decide this car is worse than Impala. It ran rough...so I call the original off site pickup location and go to trade for car #3. They were fantastic once again...this time took Toyota Camry....great car!! Realize Alamo or National is better if you are picky BUT when they were $300 MORE for same size car it was a no brainer.

Now hope the return next week goes as smoothly on Delta......
