First time at a Universal on-site hotel. How are they and how do they compare to the Disney hotels. What are the best things to do at the hotel and what is the best way to get to the parks?

We just returned from the best vacation we ever had. Our stay at PBH was amazing. You can compare it to Grand Floridian at Disney. The easiest and most relaxing way to the parks is by watertaxi. The bus runs also but it takes longer. It is the way to go when it is raining. We swam and did the spa. Our dive in movie was cancelled due to rain. The movies are close by at Citiwalk. have a wonderful trip.

Does PBH have the dive in movie? Also what night is it? Thanks!

They do have the dive in movie. It's on Thurs or Fri. Check with the front desk to confirm.

We were at PBH club from 6/24 through 7/4 and the dive-in was on Saturdays at 8 P.M. Both of ours were cancelled due to a storm. The schedule was Spiderman 1 and Independence Day. Although, we really didn't mind because the days were mostly sunny and we had a great time. I'm trying to get a small trip report out for those of you who have upcoming trips to PBH club or otherwise.
