...we got here noonish and told girl what room she wanted and as usual, she gave us what we wanted. Great room overlookng villa pool. A couple of things that have been talked about on other threads...the only construction we saw was exterior of bice...the keurig coffee maker only had 4 kcups, not eight. Food at club for appetizers was pasta salad, chicken marsala and roasted zucchini. Dessert was canolis and hazlenut pannacotta. Will write more later...

Sounds yummy!;) Does anyone know if the three hotels offer the same club-level food items?

Thanks for the update. Glad the construction is at a minimum. We only had 4 kcups on our trip last May. I just requested more along with the tip I left for housekeeping the first day and it was never a problem after that. Enjoy your stay!

ok ...finally rode transformers and it was awesome...except it broke down 2 out of 3 times we went. my husband coudnt fit on harry potter (hes 6'5" and thick) so he told them he was going to buy a wand and put a spell on them. they were amused. went to villa pool and had a chicken sandwich...it was nothing special. the club lounge served braised pork, mashed potatoes and a bean salad. dh loved it. I loved sweet hour...omg. it was crème brulee and chocolate tarts. amazing:)

We loved the pork and mashed potatoes too.The food has gotten soooo much better at PBH club level. They were trying out the new menu when we were there last month.I think they also do a Mexican beef and rice and an Asian stirfry. You seem to be on the rotation of foods we had..I was also impressed with the sweet offerings at night. Can't wait to go back

We had the same trouble with Transformers, only when we went, they were still doing early entry at the studios( Despicable me and Transformers were both supposed to be open).3 separate mornings we got there for early entry and it wasn't working ..One morning they managed to get open other rides to do during early entry hour, the other 2 mornings they did not..all that was open was Despicable me , and everyone was trying to get on it so the wait during early entry was ridiculous...

we took the day off from the parks yesterday and just relaxed at villa pool. service was great. we were going to get mama dellas to go because we don't like the strolling opera coming to the table, but the restaurant said no. whatever. if you don't want to take my money we will go to bice. delicious. club yesterday was Asian stir fry with shrimp, chicken and asparagus, Asian slaw and lomein noodle. dh said it just keeps getting better. desserts were coconut cream custard thing and some mango thing that we didn't really enjoy but as usual the service at club lounge (really the whole resort) is absolutely impeccable. we finally rode transformers twice in a row without breaking down:cool1: new springfield area looks very cool. new harry potter is really coming along. even though it is sunday, parks not very crowded at all.

Thats a shame about Mama Dellas. We ate there 2x last month...Fantastic food and service. The singer never made it to our table either night since it was so busy

Just want to say thank you for posting. We're booked at the PBH CL, arriving in 3 weeks. Not sure what to request, as far as rooms go...

Do they take away the evening offerings sharp at 7:00 pm? We plan to arrive at around that time to the hotel.

Also, do you know what food do they offer on Friday and Saturday evenings?

Most Club level guests are placed in the villas wing. The views are either Main pool( beach pool) with the themeparks in the distance or a view of the villas pool( quiet pool) and gardens.Club lounge is on floor 3( down the hall from the front desk and lobby), rooms can be essentially any floor.
In our experience Club level ( we have been 2x now). The first time they were more lax with end time of evening food( that was Jan 2012) .The most recent time ( August 18-23,2013),They were prompt with end time.
Not sure what the offerings are Fri,Sat.They rotate nightly and we werent there for those 2 nights. If you ask the club employees , they know what the rotation is and can tell you.It is a new menu that just started end of August .
