portofino confirmation???

I made my reservation at the portofino about three
weeks ago. and I havent recieved a written confirmation by mail. I'm getting a little worried
can any one give me some info. thanks!

I made a reservation at PBH and did not recieve any confirmation in the mail. I called and asked if one was sent out. I was told that they don't usualy send out confirmations but if I wanted one they would send me one. A week or so later I got it in the mail. So I guess you have to request it specifically if you want it
