portofino cabanas, pools, and cocktails

we just booked portofino club for september - do they have a bar at both the villa and beach pool and will there be cocktail servers that come to the cabanas and pool in september. i thought i read if i'm lowes first gold there would be a discount on cabanas, but i did it at royal pacific and did not receive discount. can i smoke in the cabanas. thanks for any help

I don't think there is a bar at the villa pool but there if at the beach pool. I could very well be wrong though because we have never actually spent any time at the villa pool.

you are right. no bar at the villa pool. there is service and a bar at the beach pool.

I rented a cabana at the royal pacific. You will have excellent service. The bar staff came at just the right times. You can order drinks and or food. Yes, you can smoke anywhere poolside, unless they have changed the rules since last year. When you rent a cabana, you will also have a small fridge stocked with sodas and juice. You can also just rent a cabana for half a day which could be morning or afternoon. Enjoy.
