Portofino Bay map?

Is there a web site that has a map of PB? We've never stayed there and would like to familiarize ourselves with the layout before we go. Also, can you fax or call a room controller before your visit to request a room upgrade? What is the best way to request specific room, etc.?

I did not find a property map, but at www.universalorlando.com
there is a page dedicated to PBH. One of the pages has a downloadable brochure and you may be able to find it there.
