Portofino Bay Hotel Info

Hi-
My husband and I had our first trip to Universal/Portofino Bay Oct 13-15.
We had a great trip and we would like to try the other resorts in future trips.

I did have one small problem. Three items were taken from our room the night we had turndown service. I would like to write a letter to the manager but I do not know how to find out his/her contact info.

Does anyone know how I can get this info?

407 503-1000 is the main # for the hotel. You can ask for the name and e-mail or snail mail of the GM. I did this when I wanted to contact the manager of the HRH.
