Is his restaurant considered as a TS on the 2008 DDP? Is this restaurant better than Cap n Jacks?

I'm not sure it's on the DDP at all(?).
But it is MOST CERTAINLY better than Captain Jacks!!

It's not on DDP, but I so wish it was, this restaurant, IMO has the best food at WDW. YUMMMY
