1. I originally booked a package for just my kids and I, but my husband is now able to come. My travel agent priced it out and decided it's best to just add when we check-in instead of rebooking. Has anyone done this recently (add another adult at check-in)? Is it simple? What was the charge?

2. We are arriving late (plane landing at 10:30) will there be anywhere at the resort to get something to eat after 11pm on a Monday? Do they have grab and go open 24hours? it's hard to tell from dining info. and photos on their site.

I don’t think anything at hotel will be open. I believe room service in 24 hrs though. I would grab food before you get to hotel. I have found upper tier Universal hotels are pretty lacking on the QS food front.

City Walk is open til 12am or 2am nightly. Individual restaurant hours may vary. Or MCO should have something open.

Yes you can do it at check- in the cost is an additional $45 pp per night.
Nothing will be open at the hotel at that time. Sal's is only open later end of week and weekends
You could order room service or get something on the way to the hotel

Would it not be more than this as there would be another express pass added to reservation?

The first two adults are included in the booked room rate. Each additional adult is $45 per person per night. That’s it. Which is why it’s often more cost effective to book deluxe room especially if you have more than 2 people even if it’s just a throwaway room.
