Portable DVD players

I am thinking about getting one for Husband for X-mas. Does anyone have one that they like? I really don't want to spend more than $250.00(I'm kindof afraid that I'll get what I paid for). Sometimes at his work he has a little down time and thought that maybe if he had one he could watch a movie.

I have a Mintek portable DVD player with a five inch screen that I really like. I decided to get that one because I wanted one that was really small and portable. Some of them look pretty small, but the batteries are huge and add a lot of weight to it. This one has a small battery pack. I can fit it in a CD player case that I had. The picture and sound quality are very good. I got it specifically for watching DVDs on long plane rides.
