Port refunds

Hello, We were just informed that we’re getting a refund for a reduction in port taxes. Does it get added to your onboard account or to the method of payment that you used to pay for the cruise?

Ours went back on our original payment method.

mine went back to my card the other day.

Ours went temporarily to our onboard account a couple of weeks before the cruise but by the cruise, it had been credited back to the original payment method.

Your app will show a negative balance at first then it will eventually go back to your original form of payment
