We are staying at port orleans Riverside. Can we use our refillable mugs at French Quarter.. Heard french quarter has the coke freestyle machines

I know you can use pools at each one. hoping mugs work same way.

Yes, you can use your refillable mugs at POFQ. In fact, you can use them at all of the Disney resorts.

They do have the Coke Freestyle machines at French Quarter.

French Quarter also has Beignets! Also a much smaller food court with a different feel from Riverside Mill, so it's a very nice change. If you're up for it, it's a very nice beautiful and somewhat private walk down from Riverside to FQ, but you can also just take the boat that goes to Disney Springs. If it's too hot to walk, the breeze on that boat can feel wonderful. But I can't recommend the walk highly enough; did it a few times on various mornings and only ever encountered one cast member and zero guests. So nice to get private early-morning moments with my better half under a tree with that gorgeous Spanish Moss all over it. Like something out of a movie! I like staying in Riverside the best, but part of that is the existence and location of FQ. Best moderate resorts on property imho! Have a magical time!

Yes you can. You can use your mug at any resort during your length of stay.
