Port Orleans Gumbo

Hi there!

So my family and I just got back from our magical trip to Disney World and my husband just loved the Gumbo from Port Orleans! Is there anyone who knows the recipe they use so that I can make it for him?

What was in the gumbo? Never had gumbo at WDW.....but I have had plenty,and made many pots myself here in "The Big Easy"! Interested to hear what was in theirs...
