If you ship park or resort merchandise from the gift shop, the shipping cost is determined by the total price of the merchandise.

Unless it's UPS, at least in Canada, where they charge over $20 in "brokerage".

I had packages that were shipped directly from the store for less than $7 or $8. But from the Desk, it's awfully $$$. I paid $4 on sale for the famous Tink nightgown. USPS still charged $27 to deliver.

Hi guys! There are conflicting menus for Sassagoula Factory all over the internet. I am taking two VERY picky eaters this fall and was wondering if any of you experts can tell me if mac and cheese is still available for kids??? Every menu confirms they serve chicken nuggests - which will make my nephew happy - but my niece is an entirely different story and I fear she'll pick that week to be at her pickiest and my saving grace will be mac and cheese at our resort!!! Thanks for ANY and ALL help!!!

Shipping from the front desk would cost a lot. The gift shops will only ship new purchases that are unopenned and with tags at least in our experience...we tried to ship home a sweatshirt that my Mom ended up using and they told us they couldn't b/c the tags were removed.

Hi. Since I Don't have kids, I didn't pay much attention to that particular menu. However, here is the link to the menu selections. This is from Nov. 2010. I think it is pretty accurate. :)

As of mid-June they had mac and cheese but it's not great, it looks like the Stouffers stuff.

Can anybody comment on the po' boy or muffeletta sandwiches? I love muffelettas (or at least the mid-west version of them :goodvibes), but have never had a po' boy. Are they good?

I'd also love to know the answer to this. I've never had a po'boy either and DH is interested in the muffelettas :)

I have another question. :confused3

This may be an odd one. Can anyone tell me if the layout of the buildings would be that two corner rooms would be back to back or are there rooms in between the corner rooms on all sides?

My mom is in a king room and we are in one with 2 queens - my question relates to both of us wanting corner rooms. Of course, I don't even know if any of the corner rooms have queen beds. Maybe my first question should be - are any of the queen rooms corner rooms?

Sorry for my rambling, I hope this makes sense.

Yes, there are corner rooms which have queen beds. However there are no corner rooms which connect directly to other corner rooms (there are always two rooms inbetween on the end-rows).

Many other corner rooms are 'back to back' with each other though, so they are next-door in terms of walking along the corridor - but you'd need to knock a doorway through the two bathrooms to gain connecting access. :)

I live in SC and we have po'boys everywhere. They are SO yummy!! I'm hoping someone can answer you specifically about the ones at POFQ because I'm hoping they're good :thumbsup2

Thanks! We don't really need them to connect, so back to back would be great. We probably wouldn't even mind a room in between. We just want to have close proximity.

Now, how to word my request to get everything I want ... :rolleyes1

Andre,

Do you know if there are maps of POFQ that show room numbers by building? Pop has a map that shows each wing and how the rooms run (EX. 1001 to 1049,then you add a 2 or 3 for each floor up.) I ask because everyone generously describes their room and where they stay and it would be nice to see what part of each builiding they stayed in. Like facing the front, back or side of building. Hope this is not too confusing and thanks in advance. Tried to do a search without much luck. Maybe I missed it. As always thanks for your time.:)

4 weeks from right now, I will on a plane somewhere over Tennessee, I believe...can't wait. :cool1::yay:

Question about the pools...my pool here is like 85 degrees because of how hot it is in MI right and it's not very refreshing. Does anyone know if Disney keeps their pools cooler in the summer, since they heat them in the winter?
Disney keeps its pools at around 82 degrees year-round.

I'd also love to know the answer to this. I've never had a po'boy either and DH is interested in the muffelettas :)

I'm a Northerner, so take it for what it's worth, but I really liked the pulled pork po'boy. It was yummy, and big! I could eat less than half!

I tried looking for this yesterday, I couldn't find one via google. But perhaps someone does know if there is one? I'm also interested in finding a map with numbers for the rooms on it ^_^
