Speaking of the food court at POFQ, what can you get for drinks at the kiosk with your refillable mug? Same as the AllStars or do they have some different options?

Check page 112, post #1673 -- list and pics by Andre. :thumbsup2

To tag along with the dessert question.......if you are on the DDP and would like to get ice cream as a dessert, is there a way to buy your entree and drink first, and then go back to get an ice cream dessert after you've finished eating the entree?

Sure can we did this several times last year while staying at POFQ :thumbsup2

Have a great trip :goodvibes

Has anyone that didn't use ME ever check bags at POFQ? We have checked our bags at AKL and at WL in the past without using ME and are wondering if we can do the same here. I like to check our bags, get our boarding passes then head to the park one last time before we go to the airport. We usually stay until the very last minute then get in our rental, drop it off, and go directly to security with our boarding passes.

Also, if we can do this, does anyone know how early we can drop the bags off and check into our flight?

Thanks!

We decorated our window at CSR in 2009.

I also hung ribbon with Mickey Heads on the door along with a marker and invited people to tell me where they were from, their favorite park, etc. I can't seem to find a picture of it though. :confused3

Yep, we did this. Took our bags to the luggage storage area and then went to Epcot for a few hours. :)

How are the new beds? I read a trip report and the person did not like the new beds. Said they slide away from the wall and that every time you rolled over the bed would slam against the wall. They could hear the neighbors bed slamming against the wall also.

Has anyone else had this problem??

Thanks
Terri

Just got back last night. We loved the resort. Our only complaint is that the ice machine always seemed to be out of ice. We had the refillable mugs and more times than not, we are trouble getting ice.

Can someone who is there now or just got back please tell me what color mugs are being offered. I'd like the black one for my husband and grandson, other colors seem a little girly. Thanks for your help

They had pink, blue and black this past week.

It's not fresh brewed. It's really good though. I'm slightly addicted to Gold Peak, so I was more than happy they had it there.

They have Unsweetened, Sweetened, White Citrus, and Green tea (Not sure exactly on the 4th flavor).

Yes, me too! The White Citrus especially.

Has anyone had breakfast at the food court in POFQ?

We're thinking about having our QS breakfast there after we wake up :D (we are staying at POFQ)

I'm so jealous of all the folks that are getting so close!

89 days to go and I am driving my family and my TA nuts! :thumbsup2

Yes, we usually get the king creole platter or mickey waffles. Most of the time though we just use a snack credit for a bagel or muffin and then have an early lunch at whichever park we're at that day. If you're using a dining plan it's not the best use of a credit, especially since you only get one drink now rather than two as in the past, we pay OOP if we're getting the full breakfast.
