Wow! I loved the pomegranate lemonade. Of course, all I can drink is non-carbonated, sugar-free drinks. I liked it so much better than the old sugar free lemonade. :goodvibes

Like everything else... wide variety of likes. :)

However, we all agree in this particular thread (I think) that POFQ rocks! :thumbsup2

We are booked to stay our first night in downtown disney to save $ since we are flying in late and can't use the extra dining day due to flying out early upon checking out. How do we get to POFQ from downtown so we can drop our bags off at FQ and make it to MK by opening time? The ferry starts running at 10 and the buses at Downtown disney start running at 8:30. Is there anything earlier? Our other choice is to stay at another hotel but even the POP is going to be a problem getting to FQ that early correct? THanks for your help. If anyone knows of a cheap hotel that is close to FQ please let us know. Going Aug.1st.

In May, we went from POP to Poly and the CMs took care of our luggages. We just went to the Park from POP. It mostly depends when you want to check in. Why not after MK, instead of before?

Enjoy your stay,
:tinker:Poussière de fée!

That makes total sense. We will for sure see if we can get one night at a value resort and then check into POFQ after MK. Thanks so much for your suggestion.:cool1:

You can get your tickets tied to your package before checking into POFQ, but you can't get your dining credits until you do. That would be the only reason to check into POFQ before going to MK.

I wanna join! :)

We are 93 days from our trip to POFQ. We have stayed at CBR twice - 1992 and 2010 (I know that is far too long between Disney trips - I promise I will not allow that to happen again.)

Any tips to share that haven't been mentioned so far?

:dance3:

Thanks again. Did not know about the dining situation either. We are planning on using it that day, so that is a problem.

No juice, sorry. Still pomegranate lemonade or fruit punch (which looks bright enough to be radioactive to me) though.

Andre

Is that tea brewed tea? It's hard to tell from the picture. Thanks!

It's Gold Peak Iced tea.

I'm not familar with gold peak iced tea. Is it a tea they brew through that machine right there (in other words, fresh tea), or do they buy it already made and pour it into the machine? I'm just curious because I prefer brewed tea. Trying to decide if $15 is worth it for the mug and I don't want to have to drink a bunch of soda. Thanks!

It's not fresh brewed. It's really good though. I'm slightly addicted to Gold Peak, so I was more than happy they had it there.

They have Unsweetened, Sweetened, White Citrus, and Green tea (Not sure exactly on the 4th flavor).

I prefer fresh brewed tea. I will admit that the Gold Peak isn't bad. We were at a friends house for dinner and they new we liked sweet tea. So they had bought the Gold Peak sweet tea from the grocery store. Of course when I saw it I was horrified, but being good guests I tried it. Well, my oh my, was I surprised that it was decent.

I was glad to see they have Cherry Coke! That is my favorite. I don't understand why some places have it and others don't. For example: ASSp had it but ASMo didn't. :confused3

Can someone who is there now or just got back please tell me what color mugs are being offered. I'd like the black one for my husband and grandson, other colors seem a little girly. Thanks for your help

Do they still let you decorate your room window? We haven't been to POFQ since 2004, so I'm not sure if it's discouraged now.
