Port Documents in Apple Wallet

I just checked in for my cruise. It says to print the documents and bring it with you to the Port, but there is an option to add to you Apple/Google Wallet. Can you just use that instead?

They are looking for the QR code to scan to pull up your record, the wallet should be perfect. But, as an over planner I would have a copy of the paper handy just in case.

I couldn't get it to download to my wallet, so I'll be the paper lady...

They were discussing this on the DCLFan blog and said to print out everything because you could run into a technical glitch and delay your embarkation. We're printing.

The last two cruises I have only used the Apple wallet with no issues. But I do also take a printed copy just in case.

I used apple wallet in March and it was great. I did have printed copies too after seeing similar advice. The only time I used them was for the B2B portion when I needed my actual reservation number and I couldn’t get my app to reset from using ship wifi back to its normal state.

I apologize for firing up an old thread, but I checked in to my Disney cruise last night, and it mentioned that documents can be added to my Apple wallet. I tried to do this last night, even fiddling around with the QR code, but the QR code went nowhere. I'm trying this morning (now that I have coffee in my system) and I still can't figure out how to do this? I have googled it, and the instructions just say to "download to Apple wallet". So, not very helpful, even with coffee. I'm wondering if anyone can help an old tech challenged gal out?

P.S. I did print out the Port Arrival stuff too, just to be safe.

If you go back into Online Check in on the DCL website, there should be an "add to mobile wallet" option for each passenger on the Port Arrival page.

I did this last week to prep for upcoming cruise - go into the app on my iphone, and then click on the online check-in option which takes you to the browser. Then I think you might have to log in again and go to the Port Arrival page as @erionm said, and then you should be able to click "add to wallet" for each person.
