Port Canaveral Hotel Question

The last time I was down in Port Canaveral, it looked like they were building a new hotel sort of across the street from the Radisson Resort at the Port. Has anyone been there recently that can tell me if they did indeed build a new hotel and if so what it might be? I thought it was going to be a Hampton Inn or something similar but perhaps I'm wrong as I'm not finding it. I know there's also Residence Inn and Country Inn and Suites at the Port but wanted to try out this new place if there was one. TIA!

Anyone know which rental car company is closest to Radisson??
