Port adventures in Nassau/Castaway Cay

Hello, My husband and I will be doing a Merrytime Cruise this November. What port activities do you recommend in Nassau or on Castaway Cay in November. Thanks.

Nassau: Blue Lagoon Beach Day. On our next visit to Nassau we'll visit Atlantis but I hesitate to recommend since I've never been there.

Castaway Cay: No excursion. The beach is great.
