Port adventure process?

Do I need to worry about having anything for "checking in" to my port adventure or will this just be on my KTTW card, is there a certain place were supposed to meet for this? We are doing the Blue Lagoon dolphin encounter. What is the process for this, just want to make sure I'm not missing something I should be bringing.

You will be given all the information you need (left in your stateroom) regarding your excursion, including when and where to meet to leave the ship as a group.

You will need your KTTW card as well as an ID for your return to the ship.
