pork tenderloin at Tusker House

Was blessed with another trip at DisneyWorld a couple weeks ago and dearly loved the pork loin at the Tusker House.

Anyone have the recipe for it? I have family coming in this weekend and would love to serve it!

Unfortunately, they don't have the Tusker House Pork.

I also took a look in my Chef Mickey cookbook I just bought, but it wasn't in there either. They have the Cali Grill Pork Tenderloin recipe if you're interested.
