I've got 1.5 pounds of boneless pork chops and DDs dance class from 4:15-5:30. Anyone have any quick and easy recipes/ideas, etc?

if you have a crockpot, I layer butter, apples slices, cinnamon and the pc's and cook on medium all day - yum!

definitely enough cooking time. I just put tabs of butter throughout - usually end up using about one stick. the apples are juicy so that ends up making more than enough liquid. I also spray with that nonstick spray before I start putting everything in it.

I love grilled pork chops. Sometimes I brush them with olive oil, season both sides with salt and pepper, and maybe some Emeril's, and grill (or should I say DH grills, maybe that's why I like them so much :) ).

I also found a great product near the meat counter called Armour's seasonings - or something like that. It comes in an orange packet, and makes pork taste better that I have ever tasted. Season both sides with the seasoning, and grill.

Happy eating.

I brown them in a pan with butter. In the microwave bring to a boil 2 cups of Ketchup and 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 3/4 cup of water. Put the chops in an oven safe dish and pour the boiling mix on top. Cover with tin foil and cook for 1 hour at 425. We serve it with cooked white rice.

I made this this weekend very easy and tasty. I found the recipe on Allrecipes.com
