porch at Tony's for parade?

I have heard the porch/balcony at Tony's is a good place to watch Spectro and Wishes. We are eating dinner there at 6:30. Can we just stay there on the porch to watch? Anyone know if they'll let us enjoy a bottle of wine while we're waiting?

Well, the Magic Kingdom is dry (no alcohol) so no, you can't enjoy a bottle of wine while you wait.

If I am remembering correctly, and I know someone will correct me if I'm wrong, there is part of the porch, that is literally a porch, with some seating (benches and like) and I think anyone can stand there to watch.

There are also some tables from the restaurant that are on the porch, right against the rail, and I would think would be a pretty good spot to watch from

I usually try to get seating there. It is hit or miss as there are only about 8 tables, so if you do your ADR's right and you get there early...you might get lucky. We do ours around 8..I think the parade is normally around 8:30 or 9? You can only watch Spectro Magic from your table though, no wishes...so if you want to do both, I would suggest not doing it as you won't really have time to get any further than the beginning of Main Street unless you push everyone out of your way and walk very fast to the hub.

I say go for it...no alcohol (I wish there were but understand why not), but it is still amazing to sit above everyone else and see one of the coolest parades Disney does.
