POR your favorite bldg and why?

I've only stayed at POR once, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

We loved Magnolia Terrace. Our *water* view room was located in the very front of the building on the second floor. The bridge that goes to Old Man Island (hope I have that right) was just a few steps away; a bus stop was behind the building and not so far to walk; it was quiet and beautiful. I was also told that it was a non-smoking building. :sunny:

Our last trip (the second one since 1976) we had bldg 16 and it was great! Not far from the main bldg, just around the corner from a quiet pool and laundry facilities (which I didn't use but a lady sitting next to me at the pool watching her kids was doing laundry). Despite it's closeness to the main bldg and main bus depot, it was quiet and peaceful as well.

Just got back and stayed in Bldg 27 on 2nd floor. It was a corner room and was quiet with little traffic passing by. We were right by a quiet pool and laundry. The walk to the main pool and food court was great. Perfect location. :goodvibes

We were in AB 1832 in May. Great corner room adjacent to the quiet pool. Bldg. 14 is closer to the food court but I found it noisy. Seemed to be lots of traffic from the parking lot and mousekeeping.

Building 14. Closest to the food court and bus stop, but I wouldn't mind any building in that grouping.

We loved 3rd Floor Arcadian House....Beautiful view of a fountain and garden.
