POR/WL SPLIT STAY, BUT STILL HAVE BIG PROBLEM

Just changed my ressies to split POR 2 NIGHTS and WL 2 NIGHTS for Nov 28-Dec 2. SO HAPPY ABOUT WL...cause hubby loves that place and doesn't like change....we live in the south and we look at dad gum pine trees all the time here in Bama,
and when we go to DISNEY we have stayed at WL last 3 times. But none the less, we both love the Lodge....but anyway...

Here is my dilema, I am wanting AND WE ARE GOING TO leave Thanksgiving afternoon whether hubby wants to or not , but nothing is available for Thanksgiving night at any of the resorts, so I am hoping that we can find somewhere in Orlando or Kissimmee to stay that one night when we arrive late. I am taking 2 small dogs and Motel 6 lets animals stay there, so I am wondering if that or everything in the area will be booked up. I will keep calling CRO to check availability for that night just in case. So what are the odds in me finding a room for that night????? But, if I find a room at the resorts, will the TTC kennel open up for me to board my dogs? I think they close at 10, not sure.

I would book somewhere to stay with your dogs that night. Chances are you'll be driving from place to place looking for a room that will take you and your animals since it is a holiday time. I don't think Disney will make any exception to their animal boarding hours. If you do get a room at Disney, you could call and ask in advance if you can get a "late check-in" at the kennel.

Could we please get this moved to the Orlando hotels board? Maybe Bama Tigger would have better luck there?
