POR which Building? 1 month to go!

Less than 31 days to go and I have ress' at POR for a water view specifically requested River view (travelling with DH and DD3). Which Building have others stayed in that offers river view, convenience to the main pool, food court and of course quiet pools?

Is Bayou 38 too far to the main bldg as I am with DD3? Although 14 seems more conveniently located but is it loud since more crowds will need to pass that way? Help

It's gonna be quite a trek from Bldg. 38 to the main building (although some people really enjoy the walk). You'll have to cross over the river, walk through the main pool area, then cross another bridge to the main building (unless you choose to walk all the way along the river). We've stayed in both 15 and 14 and the only noise we've heard is the pitter patter of little feet running by in the morning on their way to see Mickey! Although in 15 we did have the kid that decided it would be cool to rollerblade back in forth in front of our door one morning.

I never found Bldg 14 to be noisy. Even when I was outside the room waiting as the crowds went by it was nice. Everyone said 'Hello' I had 1415 which looked right at the river and the food court. It was a great room. At Christmas I was on the other side of 14 facing the walkway to the quiet pool.
