when we realized that we left our son's two pillows in the room after check out. We got back to POR, around 530p (from MK), when we got in the car to leave, we noticed we forgot to pack the pillows, this morning. We went to the front, the CM at concierge was not helpful, did not act like she cared at all. She called housekeeping, and they said they didn't find them. Oh well, its not the end of the world, but I just felt like she wasn't concerned at all. The pillows were not in white pillowcases, so you would know they didn't belong in the room.
