POR was not helpful

when we realized that we left our son's two pillows in the room after check out. We got back to POR, around 530p (from MK), when we got in the car to leave, we noticed we forgot to pack the pillows, this morning. We went to the front, the CM at concierge was not helpful, did not act like she cared at all. She called housekeeping, and they said they didn't find them. Oh well, its not the end of the world, but I just felt like she wasn't concerned at all. The pillows were not in white pillowcases, so you would know they didn't belong in the room.
 
Keeping calling them and get the number where they do the laundry. The housekeeper might not of had time to turn them in yet. Good luck!
 
Try again. Last year I left my bathing suit in a drawer. The manager actually called me at home the day after we left and asked if I'd left it behind. I didn't even realize I'd left it behind at that point. They mailed it out the next day.
 

I just called and left a message with housekeeping (they are already closed) We will be in Orlando until Sat, so I could go back and get them, if they find them. Its just the CM, was like "oh well" she didn't offer any suggestions. Everyone else we dealt with today at POR and MK have been great.
 
Concierge usually handles dining, tours, tickets, that sort of thing. They don't really do things that are directly related to the mundane details at the resort. I would have suggested the front desk staff, I think they are more in tune with housekeeping and would have had more of a clue.

DS left a hoodie in the closet at BWV. The front desk sent us to the concierge where will filled out paperwork with all the pertinent information. Never got it back.
