What's the best way to go from POR to POLY.

Can we drive our car?

Take Disney bus?

Yes, you can drive. By WDW transportation, take a bus to MK, & then monorail to Ploy.

Ask for a map of the property from the front desk. There's a back road that'll get you to Poly and you'll avoid all of the MK traffic. Someone at Guest Services should be able to show you the route. It'll take you by some of the golf courses and WL and the road is basically deserted.
