I am staying at POR and have a question about transportation to a few of my ADR's. We are eating breakfast at Donald's in AK with a 8:00am PS. Will the buses be running early enough for us to get there on-time?

On a different day I have a 9:00 PS at Chef Mickey's, I figure I'll bus it to MK, then what?

Finally, on the day I am at MGM, my DD3 has an appointment at Bibbiti-Bobbti-boutique in DTD at 5:10pm. If I wanted to go MGM to POR to get changed for the evening, and still make it to DTD in time, what time should I leave MGM?

Thanks in advance!

There will be early buses that are meant for those early character meals. They start running very early...as early as 6:00!! You'll be fine. Be at the bus stop by 7:00...I say that early because it's a long walk to Donalds from the park entrance.
For Chef Mickeys' you'll hop on the MK bus, then you can either walk via the pathway to the CR or take the monorail. We usually walk. Get off the bus, head towards the park, but stay to the right as you get to those cement pole barrier thingies..that's where you'll find the path. It runs right under the monorail line. About an 8 minute walk. Or you can head to the left, passing the park entrance, and hop on the monorail, but I find that usually takes a bit longer.
As far as DTD goes..I would leave MGM by 2:00. That gives you 45 minutes to get back to POR (may take less time but better safe than sorry), then an hour to change, then back to DTD. You could try taking the boat from POR..it takes about 45 mins to get to DTD and is very pleasant. If you tend to be on the slow side and like to take your time doing things, I would leave even more time. That's the one bad thing about using WDW transportation..it takes quite a chunk of time out of your day to move around.

Yes, the busses start running at 7AM for AK, MGM and Epcot boreakfasts. Just be out at the bus stop 45-50 minutes before you ADR.

Fotr MK, the busses start running before 6:30AM. With an ADR of 9AM, be out at the bus stop 8:05, take the bus, then either walk to the CR or take the monorail (the monorail will drop you off right at CM floor (take the excalator down from the monorail platform).

I would plan on an hour for each leg of transportation plus the time it takes you to get ready.
