POR to Dolphin?

Wasn't sure where to post this, but just a quick question. How do I get from Port Orleans Riverside to the Dolphin hotel. We are checking out of POR and picking up a rental car at Dolphin and then going to Universal for 2 days before dropping the car off at the airport. Thanks for any help!!

Well, the quickest way would be to take a cab. If you want to stick with Disney transportation, then I would get on a bus from POR to the Studios. From there, either walk or take the Friendship boats. I have no idea how long this would take though. Another option would be to go to DTD and hop on a bus from there.

Assuming you have luggage to transport, take a cab. There's no place to store your luggage on the regular WDW busses, and they may be too crowded for you to take your luggage on board.
