POR-Smoking optional buildings for nonsmokers?

Since POR is rehabing AB buildings 14/15, (is that still true?) my DH would like to stay in building 18. (Closer to the food court.) I believe I read it was a smoking optional building?!?

Has any nonsmokers stayed in 18 (or other smoking optional buildings) and regretted it?

From my understanding talking to the front desk when I was there this past December, the bldg. is smoking optional. However the room I had was a non-smoking room . My son and I were the first guest to stay in the room # 1864 after the newly renovations had been completed . This was a corner room with two windows. Being a life time non-smoker , this did not bother me. I never did smell any smoke around the bldg. This is a very good bldg. as far as being close to everything. This will be a good choice.
