POR Royal Room with Discount?

Can you get a Royal room at POR with a discount when they offer them to the general public? Using the spring discounts out right now, for example?

Just preplanning for a 2014 trip but I want to see if this is possible.

Yes you most certainly can with the Spring/Room only Discount so I would think the same would be true for 2014!

We are staying in a Royal Room in May and used the spring promotion so yes it will work.
