POR requests?

Please Help!!! What requests should I make for POR? I have reservations for 4 nights in November and I am hoping to make this a romantic trip for my BF and I.
I probably woud prefer to be close to the main house but this is not a requirement.
I would like to be close to a bus stop and would prefer not to have too much noise (from what I understand, not a problem at this resort anyways.) What do you think?

I wonder if you could change to POFQ. That looks more quaint and romantic.

Get Alligator Bayou buildings 14 or 15 or 18 if you are a smoker. I forget which mansion is right across from the food court. Those would be closest to the Food Court and the main/first bus stop at the resort. If you get Magnolia Mansion, it is near the last bus stops on the backside of the resort, but it is close enough to the main building to walk there and get on the first bus.

The mansion closest to the main building is Oak Manor #90, but Magnolia Terrace , building #85 is closest to the East Bus Depot. We have stayed at both POR and POFQ and I think romantic wise POR is a much better choice.

Bldg 14 in AB is a non-smoking bldg. I believe 15 is also. If you want romantic I would go with the mansions. We were in Magnolia Terrace. It was quite lovely and not too far a walk to the main bldgs. There is a bus stop right in back of it, but we didn't use it very often. We just walked to the main bus stop by the food court.

We were in Bldg. 28 in AB. Very quiet and the paths to the main building were just beautiful (and romantic), especially in the early morning and the evening. We took the bus from the West Depot - the main building was a bit of a hike, but most times I didn't mind a bit.

We were in AB in Bldg 14 and 15. Both are nice. For us, we prefer POFQ over POR, especially if you are looking for romantic. But, I would think at POR the mansions might be a bit more romantic, especially if you aren't into the rustic look. Mansions theme is much more elegant compared to the rustic theme in the AB.

We just got back from POR AB. We were in Building 14, 2nd Floor, King bed room. It was just Dh and I and we really liked the room (1464). While I had heard that 14 may be subject to some additional traffic due to it's location we didn;t find that at all. We were facing into a 'courtyard' type area, surrounded by other buildings and trees/landscaping. I would definately go for a 2nd floor king room if I were you. As far as the romance is concerned, we really liked AB, however have not stayed in the Mansions. After looking at them I would go back to AB because we like the 'quaintness' as opposed to what seemed to us to be 'coolness' of the mansions. Either way, we made our own romance - if ya know what I mean
