POR refurb ?

We are leaving Friday and were wondering if anyone could tell us which buildings had been refurbished - I would prefer one of those - and which ones were in the process of being redone as I would prefer to be away from those.

When do I fax a request to stand a chance of getting a specific building? Which one would you request?

WHEN WE WERE THERE IN MARCH, ALL OF OAK MANOR WAS CLOSED AND BEING REFURBISHED. I DON,T KNOW WHICH BUILDING WAS NEXT. OUR FAVORITE BUILDING IS OAK MANOR WITH A ROOM NEXT TO THE QUITE POOL. I ALWAYS MAKE MY REQUEST FOR OAK MANOR WHEN I MAKE MY RESSIE.
