POR, POFQ or CBR - HELP!

I need some help Ok the choices for the stateroom catagory we are going for on our DLC are POFQ, POR and CBR. I keep reading poor posts of these resorts in terms of size and cleaning, and am just not sure what to do. We will be a large group with several seniors with mobility issues and no ECV's, as well as several children. We are not terribly picky, we loved POP and ASMO. We just want clean decent rooms that we don't have to backpack to the bus stop and food court, buses that we get to sit on vs standing for trips and some Disney magic. can I please have some suggestions on the pros and cons of these resorts? We are planning a Jan/Feb trip so that should help crowding. Thanks

POFQ would probably be best for your group. It is the smallest and most compact, yet it's a lovely resort. We loved POR (stayed ther twice) and have visited the other two. Both POR and CBR are large and spread out.

POFQ would be your best bet because of its size.

Of the 3, I think POFQ is your best choice. The buildings are close together, the main building is centrally located and not a long walk from anywhere and there is only one bus stop. Also, when buses are shared between POFQ and POR, POFQ gets picked up first, so you should have a seat most, if not all, of the time.

Even though I've never stayed there, with the conditions you describe, I also recommend POFQ, it is a small resort and everything is close, and you can request a first floor rooms if that is necessary, so you have no stairs.

Definetly POFQ! You will appreciate the small size and ease in which you can get around. Plus, it is a beautiful and relaxing resort!

We've never stayed at any of the moderates except the CSR, but if we were going to, POFQ is the only one we would even consider. For the group you have described it would be perfect.
