POR/POFQ "Make your own Yogurt Parfait"?

I just saw these on the menu at POR. Does anyone know if they also have them at POFQ or is it only the pre-made ones there? Are they as good as they sound? Are they generous with the berries? Also, are they a snack credit? Anyone have a photo? Thanks
