POR or POFQ

Staying at POFQ in October with my husband and 5 year old son...does anybody out there think that the POR is better for a child or are they both about the same??

I don't think it'll really make a difference to a 5 year old. He will love the dragon slide at the pool and they have fun whimsical animal statues around the pool. Of course you could eadily walk to POR for variety or to use the catch and release fishing. POFQ is easier to get around so that may be a good thing for a young one.

I cannot comment on POR (but have heard very negative things lately) but POFQ is awesome. It is by far our favorite moderate (have stayed everywhere else but POR). It's so quaint. Everything is in very close proximity which may be an advantage when you have a tired 5 yo just back from the parks.

Your son may like the pool at POFQ better - just a thought!!
