POR or CBR/which was more recently refurbed?

Any one know which of these two resorts would have refurbished their STANDARD VIEW rooms most recently? Do you actually know the years the refurbs would have been completed?

POR/POFQ are complete and CBR has not yet started. I stayed in the FQ new room but haven't yet stayed in the POR side.

Also I stayed at POR inApril 2011 old room and POFQ in March 2012 was new room. They are now complete. CBR rumored to start 2014,

We just staying at POR in March and loved our room. It was "newer" than CBR and I love the fact that the beds are queen not doubles.
I would pick POR over CBR anyday!
