It appears as if the fee for the trundle bed at POR is no longer, is this correct?

Also, I requested a fridge and was told it was $10/day. Is that correct?

I'm also getting a crib and believe that to be free. Correct?

I'm not sure about the trundle bed fee, but the refrigerators and cribs are no fee.

Hi!

I will be at POR with my family of 5 in June/July. They did not charge me extra for the Trundle or the Fridge :Pinkbounc

Have a great time!

Oooh, that would be great if there was no fee for the trundle!!! Might make me rethink needing a deluxe because of the bed size (we are going with 3 adults and two kids (4 & 2) and both kids sleep in bed with the adults--the trundle would make for good overflow!)

I know that there is no longer a fee for the fridge at Mods and Deluxes and I believe the crib is free as well.

MCK588--Where in Central NJ are you located? We are in Milltown (near East Brunswick)

Thanks for the info. On my confirmation letter, they did charge me for the fridge so I'll have to call them.

BeccaGrace, I'm in Woodbridge. Very close!

How long ago did you make the reservation? Was it before Jan. 05 (when the free fridgs went into effect)? Also I read on another post, that if you request a fridg when you make your reservation, there will be a charge. If you wait until check-in to make the request (or end up with a renovated room that already has one) it's free. Don't know what sense that makes. We were just at POR/AB Bldg. 15 and had to request a fridg., we were not charged for it. ~:)~

I booked in February for my March trip with an AP code. I think I'll call and cancel and take my chances at check-in.

Keep in mind the 'free' crib you will receive is a Pack & Play. If you need a real crib with a real mattress there is a company in Orlando that delivers to the Disney resorts.

At the POR the fridges are in the rooms already, you do not have to request them any longer.

When we stayed at YC back in 2002 we had a full size metal crib not a pack in play. The crib was really nice and my youngest ds slept fine in there.

We had a trundle in Nov although we didn't request it or need it and we were NOT charged. We were not charged for the refrigerator either.
