POR - Alligator Bayou - Trundle Beds

Just wandered if many of you whilst staying at the POR, had used the trundle bed for a little one in the Alligator Bayou rooms.

My daughter is 9, but tiny. Looking at some of the pictures the mattress looks like it is literally on the floor. I am worried about dust, bugs etc.

Can you advise of your experiences. Do any of you have any photo's. I know I can hire a pull down bed for $15 per day, I may end up doing that!!!

it is actually on like a board with rollers/wheels that rolls out from under the bed. It has a small mattress on it and mousekeeping will make it up for you. My dd was 12 last year and slept fine on it. He's tall for his age too.
