POR AB Buildings - do you prefer 1st floor or 2nd floor?

What are the benefits of 1st floor versus 2nd floor rooms? It seems it would be nicer to walk right out to the landscaped grounds instead of walking down a flight of stairs?

Loved AB16 first floor, convenient to quiet pool, parking and main buildings. The AB rooms are very quiet and mousekeeping suprised us with towel sculpture on our Anniversary.

We always prefer first floor, regardless of which resort we are at. Don't really know why. I gues like you said it's just nice stepping right outside. We've also never had a problem with alot of foot traffic going past our room.

We requested first floor, corner room at AB and I liked it a lot. It was nice not messing with stairs.

We always request upper floor just so we don't hear any noise above us.

We didn't request a floor, but stayed on the 2nd floor at AB. It was fine, but it sure was a pain getting the stroller up and down!!
