hey all

Trying to plan a universal Orlando trip. Definitely feels different than booking a WDW trip. No sites like DFBguide to refer to. Feels like planning is not exactly required like at WDW?

2 questions?

What are the current popular must do restaurants at USO? (Like the BOG, CRT). I noticed USO only has a few table service restaurants at each park. Is that correct?

Is there a list in popularity order the popular must do attractions? (Eg. SDMT, FOP, SDD).

UO is much more relaxed IMO as far as planning goes. There are a few restaurants that reservations are recommended at certain times of the day.

Mythos we like for the most part and usually have good service and food. I recommend a reservation for Mythos.

Finnegans has a few good dishes also, you can make a res but it’s not always necessary.

Lombards is another nice place, hit and miss again as far as service goes but usually good.

Toothsome is definitely a popular choice in Citywalk.

Hard Rock Cafe

NBC Grille

Margaritaville

Confisco is nice inside IOA

If Quick service is something you’d like Three Broomsticks or Leaky Cauldron are neat choices for Harry Potter fans especially!

These are just a few of many that are available in and out of the parks but are on Universal property, there are some great choices at the resorts themselves as well.

Download the Universal Orlando app if you haven’t already, all the dining options are available with menus for many of them!
