POP'ing back to Disney! A PTR! Updated 6/10 with pics!

Well I did manage to get my August photo book made! Now I'm going to work on downloading all the December photos and get that book started!

Well, our oldest has ADHD, I suffer from can't make a decision, and DH is impatient. Add a 2 year old to the mix - We need a plan! Plus it helps pass the time!

I have decided that I have more on our MK day than can possibly get done. It's been 12 years since I've been, and never with kids. It going to be fun!

Just make your plans to start at a certain point like Adventure land and then head to Frontierland etc. Don't plan down which to ride first etc. Leave some flexibility and you'll be fine. No need in overplanning.

Ok so I didn't get the first picture downloaded last night. LOL Went to sleep instead.

Well lets see....

Ok took Aubrey's glasses to the Eye Dr to have the perm prisms put in. Should have those back in a week. Also mailed the mortgage payment like a good girl!

Ashton's crocs don't fit, still too big so I have to buy shoes for him. I'm about to try Aubrey's on her so we'll see if I'm shopping for 2 feet or 4!

I have begun downloading the pics from Xmas 08 to make the photobook. We went on this trip with Kycruisecrazy that follows and post on this thread. We had a blast with them again! We met 4 years ago on a Disney Cruise!

I got a little more done today, but not much. Aubrey has her award ceremony at school tomorrow morning, so that will be another busy day.

Ok so for a recent update!

I have managed to do a few things! LOL I did buy a few sample size bottles of the kids shampoo. No need to carry a big bottle for them since they won't use much anyway. I also bought extra tubes of Blistex for me and some chapstick for Aubrey.

Yesterday we went shoe shopping. Remember the crocs I bought on clearance didn't fit yet. We found the neatest crocs ever though! They are brand new. This is what Aubrey ended up with:

And these are on order for dh since no one carries his size in the stores!

I also managed to get all the photo's from the Dec trip uploaded and have started making my photobook. Oh and on that note, thanks to a fellow disboard member on the July board, I ordered the photopass CD and photobook at a discount!!!

Ok, off to do some more housework. Have a good weekend! Well at least what's left of it. LOL

Those crocs are too cute! Are they comfy? I ordered DH some when I got the girls their crocs for Easter, but they are too big and I need to return and re order.

I did the photobook CD and book with discount, too! That was an awesome deal, especially since they are going up! We were actually talking about what we were going to take to wear, and DH said - "We'll never see those people again, it doesn't matter how we look." "Excuse me, we have all those photopass pics to preserve for forever!"

It was a great deal wasn't it! The crocs are great. My kids live in crocs anyway in the summer. Heck all most all year here! We don't really have a winter. But I like these because I won't have to worry about them losing one on a ride or the little one kicking one off while I'm pushing the stroller.

I had the kids pics made yesterday. Here are a few of them. They both did great!



So I am working on my packing list. I'm trying to decide how many outfits to take for each kid. I always do laundry at least once while we are there, so I don't need to take for each day per se. But then the little one is so good at making a mess I always pack extra for him.

I also need to pull out the fan misters.
I need to make sure we have plenty of batteries.
I have most of the toiletries put together already.
I need to get extra diapers or pull ups.
I need to pack the wet wipes. (Lots and lots of wipes!)
Already have the hand sanitizers ready to go.
I need to check all the medications to make sure we have everything we need and won't need refills while we are there.
Shoes are easy! Crocs for everyone.
I have to get my park bag ready.
I have the kids autograph books ready to go. They have plenty of pages left over from the books I made them last year.
I need to get all the memory cards deleted for both the big camera and Aubrey's camera. I also need to get more mini dv's since I can't find the ones Ashton lost. LOL
Ok well I have to scoot. I need to accomplish a little more here before heading out to get Aubrey from camp. I'll try to post more tonight.

Sounds like you are about ready to go. I always take too much clothing and I refuse to do laundry. I don't want to do any work on a vacation. My DH's family has a cabin in the mountains we could go stay at, but I always hated all the work to be done before we could leave. I like going to motels and having someone else clean for me.

See I am the opposite. I have to do laundry while gone because I know the kids are going to spill things and I don't want them to stain. So I usually pack lighter and plan a little down time for me to do laundry.

I love the pic of them kissing too. Mostly because they are always like that to each other. Always hugging and kissing. Well in between the fighting of course!

I'm off to check out an inverter ??? for the van. We are thinking of taking the Wii along to entertain the kids. Wish me luck!

What exactly is an inverter???? We have a "cigarette lighter power strip" for our car - Between itouch, Garmin, and 2 DVD players, we're probably going to blow the thing up!!!!!!!!!

It is what converts the power from ac to the cigarette lighter. I'm not really sure how else to explain it. I can't tell what I need so dh will have to find it later. LOL
