In Oct 2014 we got the bucket. When we asked for a refill, they said they couldn't refill it but I could buy a small for $3.50 and dump it into the bucket

I brought it along on our cruise last week and had no issues refilling it. They do sell popcorn before the movies and 30 minutes before the shows.

Maybe a dumb question, but does the 7.50 include your first popcorn serving? In other words, is buying the bucket initially only 4 more than one popcorn?
