Popcorn containers at WDW

Has anyone else been collecting the popcorn containers over the years??

I must have 50 or more of them - and they are so large. I love to look at them from time to time.

I also have a couple from Tokyo and DL

We collect some popcorn containers on each trip, but we don't have anywhere near 50 of them! We use them at home all of the time.

I use them for a vase when I leave flowers for my mom at the cemetery. WDW was my special place with her so it is a nice thing to do.

We use them to hold popcorn when we pop it at home. I have also used them to store crayons, barbie shoes (all 10,000 pairs of them LOL), and "junk food salad" (leftover chips, cheetos, pretzels, popcorn, etc. from bags - mix it all together and wallah! junk food salad - dd loves it)

I found a couple of them at goodwill one day ! made my day!

What are they made of? I'm picturing cardboard like at the movies but they must be plastic?

We also collect the popcorn containers. We try to get one from each park. A fun, cheap souvenier. We use them for storing chips, sand from the beach, ect. We do not have as many as others here. Seems like we should have more. I bet someone has some in the garage.

Yes, they are plastic.....sort of cylinder shaped with a lid and carrying handle. Designs vary over the years----I have about 10. I have some with Mickey on it, or the castle etc.
I have also used mine to organize my kids's rooms, storing pencils, crayons, small toys etc.

We have never bought popcorn at WDW! WOW! How did we miss this one?

Well, add another thing to our December trip!!!

Does anyone know what the design on them this year is?

I only have one, but I cut a slit in the top to collect change to save for our next trip to WDW. It's a great motivator!

I have one and it is holding my change until I can cash it in for our next cruise. (I stole it from my mom!!!)

We do! We've been collecting them from '95.

In them, we put: legos, coins, balls - and we use it for lots of things.

We look forward to getting a WDW Decorated Popcorn Container.
