1. Are they refillable?
2. If I have an old 60th Anniversary Bucket, can I bring it to be filled?
3. What buckets are currently available?

No refillable buckets at this time. We currently have last years oogie boogie. A DL and a DCA Halloween base bucket and there is suppose to be a new oogie boogie but I haven’t seen it yet. They is also a cauldron bucket coming later.

DL doesn’t have refillable popcorn buckets like WDW, with exception to certain times when they release AP refillable popcorn buckets. With those it’s only certain dates and you must show DL AP every purchase. They aren’t currently offering those (yet).
