Popcorn Bucket from US Japan

Hello all!
I have googled non stop for two days and can't find an answer to this. Does anyone know if my popcorn bucket purchased from Universal Studios Japan will work at Orlando for the discounted refill?
It's a Sailor Moon bag/bucket so I don't think it was ever for sale at Orlando. However, the back of the bucket does say "Universal Studio" (although hard to read as its white on white).

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
