My family just returned from a stay in the 90s building at PC and it was great. I would go for another building besides the 90s, but still the location wasn't that bad relative to the main building. The toilet scared my 3yr old a little, but it was a good laugh. The AC was COLD - just the way I like it. Bus service was very good.
Just a few observations from the week (June 12-19):
Sunday at the MK was PACKED. From EMH to closing.
Tuesday at MGM was PACKED. This was compounded with ToT breaking down just after opening for about an hour.
Saturday at Epcot was very enjoyable. Lighter crowds.
I don't recommend EMH at Epcot.
The Illuminations Cruise was fun and relaxing. Our driver was very good and personable. Not sure if it was $127 good (split with 2 families), but hey we tried it and it was enjoyable thats for sure.
We did Cindy's Dinner at 1900 Park Fare and the dinner was good and the kids loved it.
The Princess Storybook Breakfast at Norway was also very enjoyable (food was OK).
If you are going (especially during peak time), learn and use FP. I don't know how many people I saw that still did not use the system. Remember you can get a new FP either 10 mins after your ride time begins OR 2 hours after the FP is issued, whichever comes first....AND they do not expire (at least they don't enforce it).
Take an afternoon break when its hot. And if you don't....don't blame your young kids for being cranky. You can tell a big difference from the families that did and did not take a break.
We had a great time!!! Now if I could just get that Spectromagic song out of my head!!!
