Pop Warner this year?

Wonder if Pop Warner will be at the resorts this December?

I think our town council cancelled the season and we can't be the only ones.

JMO,I think Pop Warner is done,Cheerleading/Dance/Twirls Competitions for January/February/March are done,The 15s for January/February are done.

JMHO,the earliest I could see Groups returning would be the Cheerleading/Dance Worlds in late April.

Hope I am VERY wrong.

Just don't see a way it makes sense until next summer for these large events.

Businesses are going to cancel huge conventions but a youth sporting group is going to continue to hold a large event? Just really bad optics and while certain areas and certain people in the US will disagree it just doesn't make sense.

Heck even pro sports are going to different processes and college football is cancelling out of conference games for many.

All it would take is 1 death that is even remotely connected to Pop Warner at Disney to have that group completely demonized by pretty much every media outlet in the US and likely Europe. I can't see any of these groups trying to do pro sports style bubbles either with all the testing but maybe the $$$$$ is big enough for them?

I have a friend who coaches Division I and their season has been cancelled and he hasn't heard of a single team playing for the remainder of the year.
Pop Warner and all the other competitions also stay at the All Star resorts, which probably aren't even going to be open until next year.

This makes me think about booking a short stay the first week in December at Pop, just in case things were to be at a somewhat better point. And if they weren't then cancel. Hmmmmm, might do that and just have a just in case reservation on hold.
