Argh - where do they stay... Pop Century or All Stars?

My understanding is that Pop generally doesn't do any groups

She stated that Pop Warner groups are almost exclusively at All Stars. I was asking because I was a little worried about POFQ, and she said not to worry. She had stayed at an All Star with cheerleaders nearby, said it was loud because the kids have to practice. While I understand that, kids cheering doesn't make for a romantic getaway...so I hope she is right about POFQ!!!

Oh, she also said they hang out at MGM most of the time, and sometimes MK. Good new for us, as we like Epcot (gotta love drinking around the World Showcase...LOL).

I have read that the overflow will go to Pop Century. I sure hope there isn't much of an overflow as I am booked at Pop for some of those days. The last time I encountered this group, they were quite noisy at night.

macs4us- glad to hear what the CM said about POFQ and hope it's true- we'll be there Dec. 5-11- the cheerleaders' exact dates. I've read that they don't affect park attendance that much- I also hope that is true!!!

Our squad is not popwarner we are allstar but we will be competing at the Swan and Dolphin in March 18-20th. not sure where we are staying yet Ill let you know when we find out!!

Hey Tink -- I got a bit freaked out about Pop Warner when I heard about it too (we are there exact same dates) but I asked around and everyone said they didn't even really notice the Pop Warner kids, except for some groups in the same shirts and stuff. Didn't effect attendance much or anything. They did say if you are staying in the same hotel they hog the pool, but that's about it.

I asked my CM when I booked POFQ too and she said at the hotel we won't have any problems or even know Pop Warner is there.
